TImyT 011 – JC’s Northern Winter Tour Pt2 – Cool Police and Cooler Mountains ⛰

This is part two of a multipart series which takes up to one of the most beautiful Buddhist statues, at Pha Sorn Kaew, and go up on one of the highest peaks, Phu Thap Berk, in Thailand.
Every year when winter rolls around I remember the time I lived in Northern Thailand. I always enjoyed the cool air that winters brought in the northern region of Thailand. It’s a great time to get out and enjoy the national parks and mountains. If you’re in to camping this is a great time of year to do it. We can sleep in the RIPper Mobile but we also enjoy being able to spread out and relax in a tent.

So we’re off on a winter adventure seeking out cooler weather before the hot dry burning season kicks in about mid-February. Our tentative itinerary includes Loei, Chang Rai in Chang Mai and a few stops in between.
Come along with us and see what northern Thailand is like in the winter time and check out some of the national parks will be stopping at as well.
So grab a coat, a tent and maybe some hiking boots and come along with us!
